1. What pomodead is
pomodead is a productivity app built around real-time blocks and accountability. Right now, the core app is offline-first and stores your data in your own browser on your device.
2. Using the app
You agree to use pomodead lawfully and responsibly. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm others.
3. Current and future plans
Today we offer an offline experience. In the future, we may offer paid products including one-time offline licensing and optional cloud-sync subscription features. If pricing changes, we will publish clear updates.
4. Payments
If and when paid features are enabled, payments may be processed by Stripe or similar providers. Their terms and privacy policies will also apply to payment handling.
5. No guarantees
pomodead is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that it will meet every use case.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If local consumer protection laws apply where you live, those rights remain in place.
