1. Our privacy approach
We keep this simple. We collect the minimum data needed to run, improve, and support pomodead.
2. What data is used today
The core app currently runs offline-first. Your tasks, block outcomes, and settings are stored locally in your browser (for example, in localStorage) on your own device.
3. Analytics and product measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand site performance, traffic, and content quality. These tools may collect technical and usage information such as page views, device/browser type, and referral data.
4. Payments
If paid plans are enabled, payment information will be processed by Stripe (or similar providers). We do not store your full card details ourselves.
5. Future cloud sync
We currently focus on offline usage. In future cloud-sync releases, we may store account and sync data needed to provide those features. If that changes, this policy will be updated clearly before rollout.
6. Your choices
You can clear local app data using in-app controls. You can also contact us for privacy-related requests at support@pomodead.com.
7. Policy updates
If we materially change how data is handled, we will update this page and refresh the date above.
